Have the bins been collected for the rest of the street?

Please leave your bin out on the berm and wait until sunset on your collection day before reporting a missed collection. Our contractor may be returning to your street.

Was the bin on the kerb before 7am?

As per Council’s bylaw, your bin must be out before 7am as this is when collections start. If your bin was placed out after 7am, the contractor may have already been past. We won’t be returning to collect the bin until your next collection date, so please take your excess waste or recycling to Lincoln Street Resource Recovery Centre.
