Council looks after a number of complex functions under legislation.
The Regulatory and Hearings Committee ensures we, conduct fair and effective hearings, make determinations on a range of the Council’s quasi-judicial functions under legislation and other matters, and convene and coordinate advisory groups or panels on matters referred by other Committees.

engagement on the proposal to reclassify a portion of Ashurst Park from Recreation Reserve to
Local Purpose (Community Facilities) Reserve under the Reserves Act 1977.
